We’ve stayed in touch through messages, emails, and video calls. This time, we hope to sit down together and hear more about your day-to-day experience with your equipment.

Whether you’ve been using your machine for a few weeks or much longer, we’d like to hear from you. There may be something you’ve been meaning to ask, a question that comes up during daily use, or an idea you’d like to share.
During our visit, we can talk about:
- Questions that come up when using your Fotromed machine.
- What’s working well for you, and where you’d welcome more guidance.
- Support needs or concerns you’d like us to follow up on.
You’re welcome to bring up a small question or walk us through something in more detail. We’ll listen, talk it through with you, and discuss the next steps for anything that needs further attention. Sharing a little background beforehand will also help us prepare for a useful conversation.
