• Thermal Damage to Hair Follicles

The heat generated by the diode laser damages the hair follicle and the surrounding tissue, impairing the follicle’s ability to grow hair in the future. The heat effectively destroys or weakens the follicle so that it can no longer produce new, healthy hair.
