DermaPlus Microneedle Machine offers a minimally invasive fractional treatment that combines microneedles with RF energy. Controlled by an advanced electronic system, dozens of insulated needles rapidly penetrate the epidermis, delivering RF energy deep into the skin before swiftly retracting. This process creates micro-injuries, opening absorption channels for nutrients and triggering the body’s natural healing response. The thermal stimulation from the RF energy activates the skin’s self-repair mechanisms, liquefying and breaking down fat cells while tightening soft tissue and stimulating collagen and fibrous tissue production. The effects of DermaPulse combines two clinically proven treatments–microneedling and minimally invasive radiofrequency treatment–to trigger collagen and elastin production, tighten fibers and contour fat.
